my hair is thick and poofy. I want it straight and smooth without a lot of time or effort? any help or any advice?

i leave my conditioner on for 2 minutes while im in the shower...it makes my hair very soft and smoothens it out...it also weighs it down a little making it less poufy after...towel dry your hair then comb a leave it conditioner through it...your hair will be soft, silky, straight, and veryyyy smooth =)
