alright first buy sunsilk straighten up creme and brush it through your wet hair, then straighten, slowly straighten smaller parts, in the end spray herbal essences dangerously straight spray and it will stay straight all day!!!

ok this is what i do i have the conair hair dryer it has a built in comb so it straightens ur hair while ur drying it SO KWL! anyway usually when i am done i have waves and kinks a lil still so THEN i take my straightiner and straightin them out it works like a charm every time i suggest getting the conair hair dryer i am tlking about it will help u and its fast i have enough time in the morning to do it!!!

Yes...there are shampoos that can help with the straightening...but not actually straighten completely. I say maybe it's the type of straightener u are using on ur hair. I too, have naturally curly/wavy hair and trust me...i know what ur going through. I use a straightener called andis. It is curved at the sides in case u would like to curl the ends under or for banges...etc. It is typically used for African American hair, but it works excellent on keeping my hair straight all day.
