However, they make really jumbo rollers that are designed to make your hair dry straight. Back in the sixties, the hippies who wanted straight hair would use coca cola cans. It will make the ends of your hair curl under a little bit, but the rest of your hair will be pretty flat. Use some gel while your hair is damp and your putting the rollers in, and some of that gooey clear hair serum to keep it shiny and keep down the frizzies after you've taken the rollers out.

it really works, it just takes a long time and it's super hard to sleep with those things on your head!!

no sorry, there's really not. I have my hair pretty long, and it's naturally curly/wavy, so I use either my flat iron, or I have a 2.5" Curling iron, that I use to straighten it, it doesn't damage my hair as long as I don't use it every day. And make sure if you're using a straightener it's the ceramic one.

you can't do this is u have wavy or curly hair, but if u have hair that waves just a little or maybe it's just poofy or frizzy, here's what I do:

use moisturizing shampoo and then a moisturizing conditioner.

then with wet hair but not soaking wet, i put in herbal essences breaks over leave in conditioner and it detangles my hair and makes it really managable and soft.
