Use a chemical relaxer, it sometimes works for me, unless it is very humid outside...then, i think you know...there's not really much you can do

I recently got thihs new wet/dry flat iron and it's awesome, dude. It will keep my hair frizz free and straight for 2 days. I also use an anti-frizz hair serum when i get out of the shower though. Even a cheap brand serum should do the trick.

dont wash ur hair for up to two days and brush it constantly....but do not USE HAIR SPRAY!!!! if it gets dried out, use a dry/damaged hair shampoo, like Pantene or Finesse or even Head and Shoulders..oh.....and NEVER, EVER straighten ur hair with the iron if ur hair is wet...wait for it to be COMPLETELY dry. U should have no problems after that. also use a no frizz gel or spray if it get frizzy....i reccomend john frieda or CitreShine......go with CitreShine, its cheaper.

You are wearing my shoes. Use Redken Straight gel and a hairdryer with a large, flat brush. I know what you mean about irons. I fried mine and had to cut it off. Chemical straighteners...my daughter did it and it wasn't that great, but it helped. Still wasn't that silky straight that we're looking for.

Use a CHI flat iron, it is extremely hot and it takes just a second to straighten. CHI also has all the products you need from shampoo to anti frizz serum. It is designed for that and it smells great! Get it at a beauty supply. ( I have the same hair)

put egg whites in it mixed with some smelly stuff to get ride of the smell. just put it in comb it down and itll stay down all day. to get it out put your hair in water with some washing detergent and some melted icecream. The ice cream makes the egg sort of disentagrate then just have a shower. this is a great thing to do with your hair babe.

You should get it chemically straightened. It will stay for months... and if you want it curly for a day... just curl it.

I have wavy hair too. I use a hair dryer and a five inch round brush that I bought from Sally's beauty supply. My hair stays straight for two days. It takes a while toget used to becuase it is kind of heavy. Myhairdresser taught me this trick. The large round brush is better than a straightner and it is faster too.

Do NOT chemically straiten your hair as another answerer said. It fries your hair and is worse than dying it! If anything, use a strait iron with a pressing comb. You can buy products to protect your hair before and after you straiten it. If you are really that concerned about the health of your hair, then buy a strait wig, or get tracks put in.
