Will there be noticeable damage if I do this? My friend blow drys her hair everytime after she washes it and it looks perfect and extremely healthy. My hair is already naturally straight but because i have a lot of layers in my haircut, when i don't blow dry it, it becomes very poofy and frizzy, when i blow dry it, it looks like I straightened it. What should I do?
If I blow dry my hair straight 2-3 times a week will there be a lot of damage?
Blow drying hair dehydrates your hair alot and I don't suggest it. What you can do is blow dry your hair then use Silk Essence Therapy. I have the same problem as you and I use the "cool" function on my blowdryer. Then I use the Biosilk Essence Therapy when my hair is about halfway dry.

That is the link to the Biosilk Therapy. You can purchase this pretty much anywhere but I included a visual. Good luck, and hope this helped!

You could get some heat defense spray.you just spray some on and it completely protects against heat such as the blow dryer.

damage builds up over time and very hard to repair. but I suggest getting a heat spray that you put on your hair when its wet before you blow dry to protect it.
