Well, one trick is scrunching.

Supplies: mousse, and hairspray

1. Take a shower/Get your hair wet

2. After toweling your hair so it's damp, run the mousse evenly through your hair. It's not necessary to use too much.

3. shake your head around so your hair has that sort of wavy thing that happens when it's wet. Then take handfuls of your hair and scrunch upwards, squeezing it.

4. Once your hair is scrunched enough, spray it with hairspray. In my expiriences, it's best to be liberal with the hairspray because otherwise over the course of the day your hair will "deflate"

The goal here is to end up with slightly curly/wavy hair =]

i have straight hair to after I blow dry it in the morning I put hairspray at my roots and blow dry the hairspray it makes it look like it has alot more volume its not 80s style volume but like Britney Spears volume when she still cared what her hair looked like. Give it a try if you don't like it wash it out!
